According to Hana Shaf-Brener, Sarah Yofe lived in Shkud.

According to Jewish Gen’s Lithuania Tax and Voters Lists database, the Yofe family, which seems to have been a fairly large one, was already established in Shkud in 1846; however judging by the births, deaths, and marriages records, many members of the Yofe family seem to have moved to nearby towns in Lithuania and Latvia by the immediate prewar period. As of April 2014, I could find no specific mention of a Sarah Yofe in Skuodas on Jewish Gen.

Sara Joffe was born in Vegeriai, Lithuania in 1880. She was a seamstress and a widow. Prior to WWII she lived in Skuodas, Lithuania. During the war she was in Telsiai, Lithuania. Khana Joffe was born in Klykoliai, Lithuania in 1910 to Menakhem and Rivka. She was a knitter and married. Prior to WWII she lived in Skuodas, Lithuania. During the war she was in Telsiai, Lithuania.
