According to Hana Shaf-Brener, Yitzak Tsarinski, from Libau (present-day Liepaja) lived in Shkud with his wife Masha (nee London) and their daughter Frida. Yitzak worked making boxes for Shkud’s shoe trade, an important business in the town. (For a description of a shoe box workshop, see the Family page for Yisroel Malkinson).
Jewish Gen’s Lithuania Necrology database lists Yitzhak Czarinski of Skuodas, but I could find no further information on Yitzak or his family members in the Lithuanian databases (as of April 2014).
Jewish Gen’s Latvia database (Liepaja Holocaust Memorial Wall) lists Yitzak (age 38), Masha (age 35), and Frida (age 11), together with other members of the Tsarinski/Zirinsky family. According to the information given, Frida died in the Stutthof concentration camp near present-day Gdansk.
Yad Vashem provides the following information on Yitzak Tsarinsky:
Ysaak Zirinsky was born in Libau, Latvia in 1906 to Shaya and Golda. He was a businessman and married Masha. Prior to WWII he lived in Skodas, Lithuania. During the war he was in Libau, Latvia. Ysaak was murdered in the Shoah. This information is based on a Page of Testimony submitted by his niece, a Shoah survivor. http://db.yadvashem.org/names/nameDetails.html?itemId=3914036&language=en
