Jewish Gen’s Lithuania Marriages database records the marriage of Chaim Pelts, born in Skuodas to Nesanel and Pese (nee Jeruchimovich), from Kaunas, to Leya Fridman in 1933. The Tax and Voters List database indicates that Yona Pelts, a tailor, son of Yosel, was living in Shkud in 1904; perhaps Yona was Netanel’s father or uncle?
